Our Archival Presentation Process

The Heirloom Curations Process

Every Heirloom Curations frame is selected for its enduring stability, clean architectural lines, and archival-grade anodized finish.

We assemble each frame using museum-quality conservation materials, including buffered, acid-free matting and UV-protective glazing designed to guard against fading and decolorization for generations.

Our frames are assembled and fitted in a controlled, dust-free environment, ensuring that every piece arrives with the clarity and refinement your art deserves.

Each completed frame reflects the same philosophy that defines our work: Art should not only inspire - it should endure.

Our Materials and Archival Standards

Aluminum Frames

Our frames are chosen for their unmatched stability and clean architectural design. Unlike wood, aluminum resists warping, moisture, and acid migration — ensuring long-term structural integrity and a refined, modern appearance.

Archival Matting

Each frame includes acid-free, buffered museum mat board, providing a pH-neutral barrier that protects artwork from contact with glazing and mounting materials. These mats enhance presentation while safeguarding color and paper stability.

Glazing Protection

We use UV-filtering glass and acrylic glazing that block up to 99% of harmful ultraviolet light, preserving color and vibrancy. The result is crystal-clear visibility with museum-level protection against fading and discoloration.

Mounting & Sealing

All mounting and sealing materials are acid-free, reversible, and conservation-grade. This ensures the artwork remains secure yet recoverable — a hallmark of proper museum-standard framing.

Archival Commitment

Every Heirloom Curations assembly follows strict conservation practices that balance modern aesthetics with preservation science — so your art remains as vivid and timeless as the day it was framed.
